If, for some reason, you are not happy with the product, you may return it (in good condition) with proof of purchase, and you will receive a full refund less packaging and postage charges.

7- Availability

All products are subject to availability and prior sale.

We respectfully reserve the right to decline service to anyone we choose.

8- Error policy

A certain number of typos and pricing errors in our website and advertisements are inevitable. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you. We cannot be held responsible for typographical errors or omissions on our website or in our print advertisements.

If the correct price is more than the erroneous one, we will never fill the order until we have contacted you and received permission to either fill or void your order. You may request an immediate refund instead.

9- Online products colour representation

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our site. However, the actual colours do vary and will also depend on your monitor. We cannot guarantee the display of any colour will be accurate.

10- Non delivery of items purchased through www.keepsakesfromthebush.com

All items dispatched by us are carried with in New Zealand by Fast Way Courier Services or internationally by registered New Zealand air parcel post, and are carried by them, through us, on your behalf.

Where delivery is through a third party Keepsakes from the Bush are only acting as your agent.

In the unlikely event that any item/s dispatched by us is not received by the indented recipient please notify us as soon as possible. We will arrange for the appointed carrier to investigate the non delivery and arrange for compensation from them. Compensation is paid to us once loss has been determined by the approved carrier. As soon as we receive compensation, we will either provide a full refund or resend the missing items at no cost to the purchaser.

Keepsakes from the Bush will not be held responsible for any loss incurred should we be provided with an incorrect delivery address, or in instances owing to some reason the overseas postal services cannot deliver to the address provided to us, or in instances where the overseas postal service returns the parcel to us. In some instances overseas postal services will hold parcels awaiting collection by the recipient.

If the recipient fails to collect the parcel, we cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred.

11 -Overseas customs duties and taxes.

It is up to the purchaser to be aware that any possible duties, taxes and handling charges assessed by overseas governments and payable by the recipient of the times purchased through us. We will not be liable for any such duties, taxes and handling charges.
